WHY USE INTAM™ FILAMENTS？

PC-ABS FR is based on PC/ABS mixed with flame retardant material, with UL94-V0 class flame retardant (1.5mm). It has the strength of PC, but also has the toughness of ABS, and has excellent surface quality.

VICTREX AM™450 is made directly with the famous VICTREX 450g PEEK. VICTREX 450g PEEK is a standard flow polymer which provides exceptional performance over a wide range of temperatures and extreme conditions. Another highlight of this material is that it meets NORSOK M710 which can be used in oil and gas industry.

The VICTREX AM™200 wire was specifically developed by VICTREX for use in the additive manufacturing field. By redesigning polymers at the molecular level, better printing results can be achieved without the use of additives or plasticizers. This new PAEK is designed to improve the quality of PAEK's 3D printing.

PA12 is widely used in all walks of life because of its excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption and wide processing window. Excellent dimensional stability, ease of printing, and excellent thermal and chemical resistance makes PA12 an excellent choice for tools, fixtures and fixtures.

INTAM™ HIPS is a 3D printing material made from High Impact PolyStyrene, known for its excellent printing quality. It features good impact resistance and low water absorption. Additionally, it can be used as a breakaway support material for ABS, ASA, and PC.

INTAM™ PVA, a PolyVinyl Alcohol-based 3D printing material, is a water-dissolvable support for PLA, TPU, and Nylon-based filaments.

INTAM™ SP5000 is a support filament designed for use with high-temperature model materials, like PEEK, PEEK-CF, PEEK-GF, PEKK, PEI 9085, PEI 1010, PPSU, etc. The material maintains rigidity during printing and goes soften after immersed in ethyl acetate solvent which is easily removable.

INTAM™ SP5010 is a easily breakaway support filament designed for PPA-CF/GF. The material has good heat resistance and sticks well with PPA-CF/GF during printing, and is easy to manually remove after printing.

INTAM™ SP5040 is a breakaway support material designed for use with PEI 9085.

INTAM™ SP5080 is a breakaway support material designed for use with PEI 1010 and PPSU. The material exhibits good heat resistance, adheres well to model materials during printing, and is easy to manually remove after printing.

INTAM™ SP3050 is a breakaway support material designed for use with PA12 and PA12-CF model materials. It maintains rigidity during printing and is easy to remove at room temperature, reducing post-processing time.

INTAM™ SP3030 Support Filament is a water-dissolvable support 3D printing material that offers great compatibility with INTAM™ ABS+, PA6, and PA6-CF. Its solubility increases with higher water temperatures.
