PPA-CF

INTAM™ PPA-CF is made of Polyphthalamide (PPA) with 15% chopped fiber reinforcement. Polyphthalamide (PPA) is a semi-crystalline, aromatic polyamide. Compared to nylon 6, it is stronger, stiffer, less sensitive to moisture, and has higher thermal capabilities. It also offers significant chemical, fatigue, and creep resistance.

Flame retardant PC-FR meets the UL94 V-0 rating and has better strength and thermal properties than PC, making it ideal for printing functional prototypes and producing parts. This material is ideal for printing electrical housings, connectors, or any part that requires thermal performance and self-extinguishment.

PC-PBT

PC-PBT polymers are among the few engineered materials that demonstrate robust strength and toughness even at low temperatures (-20˚C/-30˚C). They maintain the chemical resistance and easy molding properties of crystalline PBT, while combining the toughness and dimensional stability of non-crystalline PC. Additionally, they offer excellent surface quality.
